Terms
Client will ensure the property is ready for photographing prior to the scheduled shoot time. Photographer will not be responsible for any staging, cleaning, dusting, or moving of furniture.
Client will ensure any pets are contained during the session, and no pets will be included in the photographs. All specific photographic requests must be received by Photographer at or prior to session.
Completion & Delivery. Photographer will provide an online link for Client to download after full payment has been made. Digital materials will be delivered both high-resolution and low resolution .jpeg file and format.
Processing services include adjustment of white balance, contrast, composition and may employ dodge or shading techniques if appropriate for the photograph. Client should make additional processing requests with sufficient time to allow for normal delays and notify Photographer at the time of the order if there are any extenuating circumstances requiring a quicker turn around.
The Photographer does not retain archives on the photographs and all Photographer responsibility for the photographs is completed at delivery. If Clients representative is not present, the Photographers interpretation will be deemed acceptable.

Photo Rights and Usage: The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission. Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
